Under-18’s to renew rivalry with Hawks in FA Youth Cup
Worthing FC U18 have been drawn away to local rivals Whitehawk in the preliminary qualifying round of this season’s FA Youth Cup.
The draw made at FA Headquarters earlier today pits the two sides against each other for the second year running in the competition with Worthing coming out on top last year thanks to a goal from Jake Heryet.
While Worthing went on to eventually lose to Millwall in the first round, the Hawks comfortably secured the league title as well as completing an impressive treble by also lifting the Ryman Youth Cup as well as the Sussex Youth Cup.
The match will take place at Whitehawks Enclosed Ground in September, date to be confirmed.
