Worthing Football Club can today announce the return of crowd favourite Kieron Pamment who has recently departed our Sussex neighbours Horsham.
Kieron’s most recent spell at Woodside came during the 2017-18 season scoring 19 goals including a hat-trick away at Merstham on New Years Day of 2018 and smashing home a memorable goal in a 2-1 home victory over Billaricay on 3rd March 2018. He can play wide midfield or as a central striker and has previously worked under Adam Hinshelwood as manager.
Since his departure, the 29 year old has also had spells at Burgess Hill & Lewes and returns to the Mackerel Men looking to produce his previous fine form during the remainder of the season. He adds another goal-scoring threat to an already free flowing squad, Worthing are currently top of the charts with 55 goals across the Isthmian League. He is available and registered to play in this Saturday’s game away to Brightlingsea Regent.
Welcome back ‘Pammy’
