Tickets for our game against Cheshunt are now available, as well as an update from the club.
You’ll see that our tickets for the Cheshunt Game with new date are going on sale today. As you know, at this point in the season, there’s normally plenty of opportunity for dates and venues to change for our teams, as Clubs progress in the Cups or bad weather make the pitches unplayable or in extreme conditions, unreachable! An added variable this year will be the restrictions from Covid controls regarding travel between high risk areas (which at the moment is not be permitted.)
We will aim to be fast on our feet to adapt to these challenges and our new online ticketing system is really helping with this, as we can easily contact people who have already bought tickets and tickets are easy to buy without having to travel to the ground to purchase them, if you’re happy going online.
For people who haven’t got access to the internet or online banking, Dave Dowell will be at Woodside (in the area of the main bar) between 6-8pm on Thursday 5th November selling tickets, too.
We will also aim to keep our supporters updated as quickly as we can and these updates will be on our Website, WFC Twitter, WFCW Twitter and Facebook. We know we can also rely on our supporters to spread the word!
Also, if you’re unable to get to the match in person, listen out for the excellent RebelYell live broadcasts with Peter Vale and his co-commentators who are doing a fantastic job covering as many of our Men’s and Women’s games as he can get to!
