The match comes after Worthing progressed to the fourth round of the Velocity Trophy on Tuesday evening:

With the tie looking end goalless draw, academy graduate Owen Worsdell scored in the 88th minute to earn Worthing a 1-0 victory at King George’s Fields.

Meanwhile, 16th-placed Wingate & Finchley defeated Bognor Regis Town by two goals to nil in their last runout on Saturday to further boost their survival hopes.

Recent meetings

The two sides met in the return fixture back in November at the Maurice Rebak Stadium:

After a goalless first half, three Worthing goals in 13 minutes from Pat Webber, Reece Meekums and Danny Barker put the Reds in full control for the remainder of the match.

Finchley’s Bilal Sayoud scored a consolation in the 88th minute with the game already beyond the home side’s reach.

Supporter Information

Please note parking at Worthing High School is no longer available, however the limited spaces at the Queen Street car park remain in use.

In an attempt to speed up the queues at the turnstiles, there will be a dedicated queue for Season Ticket Holders & prepaid tickets from 2pm on Saturdays (or 7pm on Tuesdays) for every home game, so for anyone who cannot make it to the ground early, they can avoid the cash and card payment queues and get into the stadium more quickly.

So if that’s you, head towards the left of the three original turnstiles on the east side of the ground and we will let you in through the side gate.

We’d still advise arriving in good time!

PLEASE NOTE: When buying your online tickets you will receive two emails.
1. Purchase confirmation email
2. Email with your QR coded ticket(s) attached.
We need to scan the QR codes on the tickets at the turnstile, so in the unlikely event that you don’t find an email with a ticket attachment or you are having issues opening the attachment on your phone, please contact dave@worthingfc.com to get the tickets re-emailed. Thank you.

Tickets are still available to purchase in advance online or on the day. The turnstiles will be accepting cash and card payments.

Matchday Timings
