Flashing and Fabrications Services Ltd (FFS) is a sheet metal fabrications company based in Littlehampton. Mark Partridge, the Company Director has been involved in the sheet metal industry for in excess of 40 years. Jackie; his wife, is the Company Secretary and has had dealings in the industry for over 20 years.

The company was established in October 2008 and hit the ground running. FFS have the capacity to cut and fold lengths up to 4m long and the capacity to bend up to 6mm in thickness. Also including a turret punch able to produce curved sections and perforations amongst many others. A few examples of what FFS are able to manufacture are as follows; flashings, fabricated/welded items, soakers, louvers, rainwater goods, gutters single skin and insulated.
FFS also has a wide variety of materials including examples of: galvanised steel, aluminum, Prisma, HDX Granite, White Liner, HPS Ultra, Leather Grain, Fatra and Trocal.

In 2011, FFS acquired a Powder Coating Company consisting of a 10m gas convection box oven (one of the largest in the region) and an ‘online’ conveyor, equipped with a gas convector heater, capable of handling items up to 3m in length. FFS are able to supply any colour within the RAL and BS ranges, giving FFS a lot more control and flexibility on production.

FFS have supplied numerous prestigious projects to The Olympic Stadium, the Repatriation Centre, The Amex Stadium and St. Pancras International, The Hyde and The Shard and many more.

FFS have proudly been awarded a bronze standard for the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme.
