Dual-registration deals provide minutes for attacking pair Club News 14 October 2022 , 12:17 BST Worthing FC Media Nodirbek Bobomurodov Dan Thompson and Nodirbek Bobomurodov have signed dual registration terms with Chatham Town and Kingstonian respectively. Thompson is yet to feature for the Reds having signed in early September. Already working his way back to match fitness he suffered a calf injury which has set him back so he heads to the Chats to get valuable game time. Bobomurodov secured a deal with the club after impressing in pre-season and started the opening game of the season against Dover Athletic. Despite being in and out of Adam Hinshelwood’s matchday squad since he remains part of the manager’s plans however the deal with the Isthmian League outfit will allow him to boost his sharpness for when he comes back into the fold. “Nods started a few games early part of the season, but hasn’t had as many minutes lately, it’s just a case of getting him some game time so that when he does get his opportunity with us again he’s match sharp”. The winger started the K’s 3-0 win over Brightlingsea Regent on Wednesday. Elsewhere Javaun Splatt who remains dual registered with Whitehawk played the full 90 minutes in their 0-0 draw with Sussex rivals Burgess Hill Town this week, an arrangement that Hinshelwood felt would benefit both parties: “He hadn’t played too many minutes in the last couple of weeks, with being cup tied”. “Shaun needed a striker for the game so called and asked if Jav would be available and it just made sense for him to keep his fitness and sharpness going”.
