The fixture comes just three days after the Reds faced Hungerford Town at the Crucial Environmental Stadium on Saturday afternoon:
The second-from-bottom side went a goal up in the 26th minute through Joel Rollinson, before Reece Meekums levelled proceedings nine minutes before half time to make the score 1-1 at the interval.
Meekums was then brought down inside the area on the hour mark in the second half, with the referee pointing to the spot:
Ollie Pearce stepped up to put Worthing 2-1 up, and subsequently claim all three points for the Reds.
Meanwhile, hosts Chippenham played out a 1-1 draw away to Welling United on Saturday.

Saturday’s victory was Worthing’s second out of two at home last week, building on the 6-0 annihilation of Dulwich on Tuesday evening.

Recent meetings
The two sides last met in the reverse fixture at the Crucial Environmental Stadium in mid August of last year:
After a first half filled with few chances, Worthing though they had taken the lead in the 64th minute when Marvin Armstrong had the ball in the back of the net, but the linesman’s flag denied the goal for a marginal offside.
Neither team could find a breakthrough afterwards and the spoils were shared on a warm day at Woodside.
