Keith will replace Paul Crane, who left last week to join Sodexo, taking responsibility for hospitality services at the Amex, home of Brighton & Hove Albion.
Keith brings with him a wealth of commercial and operational experience from the leisure industry including 12 years in senior positions at Goals Soccer Centres, and spells as Head of Operations at Guildford Spectrum Sports Complex and General Manager at Sandown racecourse. Most recently Keith was a divisional head at NEOM, the worlds largest sustainable smart city development project in Saudi Arabia.
Club chairman Barry Hunter commented: “We want to thank Paul for a job really well done, leading us through operational and commercial transition into National League South”.
“Paul’s departure gave the board an opportunity to take stock and consider the skills and experience necessary to drive the club through it next phases. We are on a steep trajectory and in Keith we have found a highly capable professional. We briefed a specialist search company and the board met a high calibre shortlist”
“We were unanimous in Keith’s appointment and look forward to him joining us”.
Keith will start his new role in early May and will work alongside Football Director, Nathan Bowen, both reporting to the board covering full management responsibility for the club on and off the pitch.
