Beresford leaves the club to embark on an adventure in the far east, agreeing terms with Uthai Thani of Thailand League 1.
After coming through the club’s academy he left for spells at Lewes and Eastbourne Borough before returning in December 2021, helping the team to the Isthmian League Premier Division title.
The 21-year-old played over 50 times for the Reds, his final appearance coming in the Sussex Senior Challenge Cup final last month.
Bowry has mutually agreed to leave the club following the expiration of his contract.
Signed last summer from Kings Lynn Town, Bowry made 24 appearances in total last season.
His only goal for the club came in the 2-2 draw with Slough Town at Woodside Road in October last year.
Following discussions with manager Adam Hinshelwood at the end of the campaign it was mutually agreed that the defender would seek regular football elsewhere.
Elsewhere winger Lewis White has agreed terms with Welling United, while other players registered last year will be finding new clubs, including Luke Robinson, Dan Thompson, Javaun Splatt, Conrad Honore and Luca Coccoracchio.
Finally, loan signings Jack Paxman, Davide Rodari, Mo Dabre and Liam Vincent have all returned to their parent clubs.
