It was a week off from competitive football for the Reds after a 5-0 defeat to AFC Wimbledon, however with a friendly in place the Reds ran out comfortable 5-0 winners at home to Portsmouth DS with goals from Tierney Scott, Katie Young, Becki Bath, and Trialist

Norwich continued their FA Cup journey as they faced Hashtag United, despite Hashtag being in the tier above Norwich run out as 1-0 winners courtesy of a goal from Ellie Smith.
