Fage joins the Rebels from St Albans City where he has made 21 league appearances this term, scoring four goals whilst most commonly operating as a wing back.

Adam Hinshelwood confirmed his plans for the 24-year-old are to play him in a more advanced role, “We’ve brought him in for his attacking play, his attacking flair. We want him to be exciting, take players on in 1-v-1s and provide with Joe Felix on the right-hand side.”

Fage featured for the Saints against the Rebels in the lively 4-4 draw at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium.

Fage brings a wealth of Football League experience with him to the Sussex Transport Community Stadium with the winger having made 60 appearances in League Two with Oldham Athletic.

Born in Paris, Fage came through the academy of French side Auxerre before his move to Oldham in 2020. After three seasons with the Latics, Fage was left without a club and signed for Northern Premier League Division One West side Macclesfield for the last four months of last season.

Hinshelwood added: “He’s got real good pedigree and lots of experience. He’s still only 24 but, he’s played at League Two and at this level. I think him and Felix down that right hand side can provide a real threat for us.

“We’re really excited to get to work with him and see what he can produce between now and the end of the season.”
