The match was rescheduled previously due to both sides competing in the Emirates FA Cup. Then, as the Rebels advanced to the First Round, the decision was made to postpone the rescheduled match to allow Worthing more time to prepare for their cup encounter.

The rearrangement adds a seventh fixture to a busy period in March for the Rebels which begins with a trip to Dartford just two days before the rearranged Chelmsford clash.
