The new covered stand will span 50-metres behind the goal, introduce some tiered levels and will provide a free view of the pitch without any front-post obstructions. Construction work has begun today with a target project completion date of the end of March 2024. 

Health and safety is our priority at Worthing Football Club, and careful measures will be taken to ensure the safety of everyone visiting the Sussex Transport Community Stadium during the construction period over the next couple of months.

Those attending the stadium, at any time for any occasion, are asked to observe and adhere to any signage and guidance on display at the ground during this time.  In addition to the signage in the designated areas, stewards will be positioned on each corner of the West end on matchdays while the upgrades are made to the ground.
