The fixture will take place at the American Express Elite Performance Centre on Friday 5th July and will be strictly behind closed doors.

It will be the fourth summer in a row that the sides will meet in pre-season. The Rebels comfortably won last year’s encounter, as they kicked off pre-season with a 4-0 win.

It adds a sixth fixture for the Reds’ 2024/25 season preparations as new boss Chris Agutter heads into his first season in charge. The list of pre-season fixtures in full:
