Following discussions between the club and the Supporters’ Association, the club have decided to take the commentary in-house next season as the club continues to develop its media output.

Head of Media, Jack Williams stated, “Bringing this service under the club’s umbrella will provide more opportunities for the media team with our content output as the club continues to develop its professionalism both on and off the field”

“We are delighted to confirm that fan favourite Peter Vale will continue as the lead commentator. Pete has provided the commentary service on Rebel Yell for many years and his experience and knowledge of the club is invaluable in the role.”

Pete added, “I am committed to delivering high-quality commentary that reflects the spirit and dedication of Worthing FC. I look forward to working closely with the team and contributing to the club’s ongoing success.”

The club would like to thank the Supporters’ Association for their co-operation which has enabled a smooth transition in taking control of the matchday commentary service.
