The Reds are one of six clubs with a chance of coming out on top of what has been a truly remarkable title race.
First things first they must beat the Towners then hope the three teams currently above them in the table – Truro City, Torquay United and Eastbourne Borough – fail to win their respective matches.
Just three points separate the top six, meaning the Reds could finish the day in any position between 1st and 6th.
If they can’t win the title then finishing second or third means a direct route to a home play-off semi final, while anything below that would mean facing a play-off eliminator.
The opposition
Enfield are enjoying their first ever season at step 2 after winning the Isthmian League Premier Division play-offs last season, following a third place finish.
They’ve spent the majority of the season in the bottom four but an upturn in form in the last quarter of the campaign has seen them head into the final day in a position to avoid the drop.
With just one relegation place left to be confirmed, St Albans currently occupy 21st place, with Salisbury only above them courtesy of a slightly better goal difference. Town are three points better off in 19th but with a significantly worse goal difference than their rivals they risk dropping into the drop zone should they lose and the other two both win.
Key player
Experienced midfield Sam Youngs has undoubtedly been the standout performer for Town this season. The 34-year-old has hit 17 goals in National League South despite his team’s struggles.
Form
Easter Monday’s 4-1 loss at Boreham Wood was their first defeat in eight league games, a run that saw four draws and four wins, including a dramatic victory over title challengers Truro City, when two goals in stoppage time saw them come from 2-1 down to win 3-2.

Previous Meetings
A single Joel Colbran strike was enough for the Reds to shade the reverse fixture at Woodside Road a few days before Christmas last year.
The last meeting in north London came in October 2021, when on the way to promotion from Isthmian League Premier Division, the Reds drew 2-2 – goals by Jasper Pattenden and Reece Meekums had them in front but a strike 20 minutes from time by current Rebel Mo Faal, earned Enfield a point.
Tickets
Supporters will be segregated inside the stadium with the club given an allocation of 700 tickets – as of writing there are a handful of away tickets still available, therefore any supporters planning to attend are strongly advised to ensure they have purchased a ticket in advance.
Adults — £14
Concessions (65+ / students) — £10
Young adults (16-21) — £8
Under 16 — £2
Visiting supporters have been allocated the west end of the stadium and should enter via the west turnstiles – additional catering, bar and toilet facilities will be in place.
Travel Guide
Supporters coaches provided by Worthing FC Supporters Association are now sold out.
Parking at the stadium is extremely limited therefore supporters are urged to take public transport where possible.
Enfield Town and Soutbury train stations are both roughly one mile from the ground but require taking the London Underground on route to get to.
To avoid the tube, supporters can take a train from Worthing changing at East Croydon and Finsbury Park to arrive at Enfield Chase, approximately 1.5 miles from the Dave Bryant Stadium.
Team News
Chris Agutter has his defensive options limited owning to the suspensions of Aarran Racine and Sam Beard. Racine begins a ban following his straight red card at Eastbourne Borough on Good Friday while Beard picked up his 15th booking of the campaign against Dorking Wanderers.
This prompted Agutter to recall Ollie Black from his loan spell at Hastings United. The 27-year-old could make his first appearance for the club since the Sussex Senior Cup defeat to Horsham in January.
Another loanee, Jack Bates – who’s spent the last two and a half months with Town – will be ineligible to play for them against his parent club.
Joe Cook passed a late fitness test before taking his place in the starting line-up against Dorking on Easter Monday and should be fit but Danny Cashman – who injured a hamstring in the match – is unlikely to feature again this season.
