An opening has arisen for an ambitious and diligent individual to become a part of our media team. This role is ideal for passionate individuals looking to realise their potential by immersing themselves in a football media environment.
The successful candidate would be expected to attend every women’s game and provide social media updates on a variety of different platforms, while also adhering to the Club’s standards and values.

The Role
Responsible for overseeing the running of the Women’s team media output, ensuring that Worthing Football Club is portrayed as professional, current, family-friendly and committed to its community while also maintaining the Club’s brand, standards and values throughout.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the ongoing development of the Club’s social media strategy
- Frequent contact and communication with management, players and senior club staff
- Ensure and maintain consistent/high quality content across all social media platforms
- Provide live matchday updates for all Women’s fixtures
- Manage website content, create written articles and ensure information is kept up-to-date
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media usage and trends
- Ability to devise and create exciting and engaging content
- Knowledge of design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suit or Figma
- Knowledge of the video editing process
- Experience of website content management systems, primarily WordPress
