Predominantly a left-back, Tilly is also equally adept further down the flank. The 17-year-old arrives in West Sussex after eight seasons at Billericay Town, starting out at the U11s before breaking through into the first-team.
Despite being a defender by trade, the teenager’s ability to get up and down the pitch and create attacking opportunities with her accurate deliveries will be hugely beneficial to the Rebels for the upcoming campaign.
Furthermore, Tilly’s ability to adapt to different game scenarios is exactly the versatility needed to ensure the squad is able to deal with the demands of the season.
Manager Jesus Cordon was delighted with the fourth signing of the summer as Tilly joins Jasmine Smith, Oceana Adams and Skye Bacon in making the switch to the Sussex Transport Community Stadium this summer.
“Tilly is a young versatile defender with a lot of potential,” JC stated.
“I am sure she will give us a lot during the season and I am equally optimistic that she will continue to improve every week. We’re extremely happy to have her with us at the Club.”
Buzzing to have you on board, Tilly!
