This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious and growing women’s football setup competing in the FA Women’s National League Division One West.
Role Overview
As a First Team Analyst, you’ll work closely with the management team to provide insights that support match preparation, performance reviews and player development. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a high-performance environment and develop their skills in football analysis.
Our Women’s team train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, while the games are typically played on a Sunday afternoon, with the occasional midweek fixture on a Tuesday night.
Key Responsibilities

Attend all First Team fixtures (home and away) and one training session per week.

Film matches and training (equipment must be provided by applicant)

Analyse match footage using platforms such as Hudl.

Produce pre-match and post-match reports for coaching staff and players.

Assist in opposition analysis and scouting reports.

Provide individual feedback clips and performance reviews for players.
Desirables

A passion for football and a keen interest in analysis and performance improvement.

Basic understanding of tactical and technical aspects of the game.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using video analysis software
