This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious and growing women’s football setup competing in the FA Women’s National League Division One West.

Role Overview

As a First Team Analyst, you’ll work closely with the management team to provide insights that support match preparation, performance reviews and player development. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a high-performance environment and develop their skills in football analysis.

Our Women’s team train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, while the games are typically played on a Sunday afternoon, with the occasional midweek fixture on a Tuesday night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend all First Team fixtures (home and away) and one training session per week.

  • Film matches and training (equipment must be provided by applicant)

  • Analyse match footage using platforms such as Hudl.

  • Produce pre-match and post-match reports for coaching staff and players.

  • Assist in opposition analysis and scouting reports.

  • Provide individual feedback clips and performance reviews for players.

Desirables

  • A passion for football and a keen interest in analysis and performance improvement.

  • Basic understanding of tactical and technical aspects of the game.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience using video analysis software
