A panel of judges have selected the two winners from a shortlist of candidates that was meticulously compiled last week. The pair have edged out several strong contenders to claim the individual awards for November 2025, following a highly successful month both individually and collectively.

Alongside his coaching staff, ‘Hinsh’ guided his group of players to a stirring run of results, which saw them win five of their six league matches, equating to a win percentage of 83%. In the process, the Rebels scored 20 goals, kept four clean sheets and soared up the table heading into the Festive Period. Outside of their league exploits,  the Reds also advanced into the next stage in the Isuzu FA Trophy and Sussex Transport Senior Cup.

After being nominated for October’s award and falling short to Horsham’s Dominic Di Paola, the experienced tactician has claimed the award this time round.  It is the third time the 41-year-old has been chosen for the NLS Manager of the Month while at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium, as he earned the award back in January and August 2023. Hinsh also won successive MOTM awards in the division above for September & October 2024 while at York City.

A goal-laden month has resulted in a first Player of the Month award for academy graduate Brad Dolaghan. The 20-year-old astonishingly recorded double figures in just six appearances, as he netted 10 times while also registering two assists – setting up Razzaq Coleman De-Graft’s goal in the thrashing of AFC Totton and teeing up Joel Colbran’s opener  in the eventual 3-2 loss to Torquay.

His goalscoring spree has seen the former West Ham United striker claim pole position in the race for the National League South Golden Boot, with another goal in his first match of December against Ebbsfleet United on the weekend taking his overall league tally to 14 for the season.

A first competitive senior hat-trick in the 4-0 win against AFC Totton was the highlight of the month, although he also struck braces in the triumphs over Slough Town, Hemel Hempstead Town and Hornchurch.

He commenced November exactly as he meant to go on. Brad’s opening goal in the 3-0 triumph over Hampton & Richmond Borough on the first day of the month ended up being a early indication of what Worthing fans had in store.

The talented prospect was delighted to claim the award, but was quick to mention his appreciation to his teammates.

“I’m buzzing to have won the award,” Brad stated.

“It’s been a good month for not just myself – but for everyone at the Club.”

“A lot of credit has to go to my teammates and the staff as I wouldn’t be up for an award like this without them.” – Brad Dolaghan – NLS November POTM

Congratulations, Brad and Hinsh!
