Season’s greetings to all Rebels!

What a fantastic time it is to be part of Worthing Football Club—both on and off the pitch. As we continue to grow, strengthen and push forward together, I’m delighted to share an exciting step in our commitment to supporter engagement.

Over the past few months, we’ve been working to establish Worthing FC’s first ever Fan Advisory Board (FAB). This new group is designed to bring supporter voices closer to key conversations within the club, ensuring we stay true to the values, ambitions and community spirit that make Worthing so special. The response from fans was tremendous, and it’s clear how much passion, experience and dedication exists throughout our supporter base.

I’m pleased to let you know that the following supporters have agreed to be part of the inaugural Fan Advisory Board:

Sam Virgoe

Charlie Silver-Burr

John Brennan

Gerry Donohoe

Dave Clement

Rob Finney

Dan Giles

Charlie Crowhurst

Wayne Hardie

Jon Loveland

While we were delighted with the level of interest overall, we didn’t receive any applications from women supporters. We’re really keen for the FAB to reflect the full breadth of our supporter community, so we’ve set aside two places especially for women supporters. If this is something you might be interested in, I’d love to hear from you — please feel free to get in touch with me for an informal chat or to find out more.

Our first official Board meeting will take place in mid-January, marking the beginning of what I hope will be a productive, collaborative and forward-thinking year.

Thank you to everyone who expressed interest and support during the process—your enthusiasm shows just how strong our fan community is. I’m looking forward to keeping you all updated as the FAB begins its work.

Up the Rebels!

Paul McKay
