The team compete in the Sussex County Woman and Girls Football League (SCWGFL) and are managed by UEFA B Licence coach Sam Karacochi.

Age range is from 16-years-old and above, which allows a wide-range of player to come down, take part and showcase your skills.

Training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with the Tuesday sessions taking place at Davisons Leisure Centre from 7pm-9pm and the Thursday session occurring between 8pm-9:30pm at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium.
