Chadwick, who will be linking up with Isthmian League Premier Division outfit Whitehawk, has been an ever present in the matchday squad so far this season, coming off the bench in the recent defeat to Aveley.
He made the headlines at the start of August when he scored from his own half in the Sussex Community Shield victory over Broadbridge Heath.
That night he captained a youthful Reds side to victory, securing the win with the decisive penalty in the shoot-out.
Dolaghan was the last Worthing player to touch the ball before Chadwick’s wonder goal that night and also netted from the spot in the shoot out.
Last season’s under-18’s top goal scorer will join Littlehampton Town in Isthmian League South East Division.
Starkey, who made his first team debut in December 2021, aged just 17, will also be joining the Golds, for whom he also made some appearances last season.
The 18-year-old also started in the Sussex Community Shield and came on as a late substitute in the opening day victory over Tonbridge Angels.
Reds boss Adam Hinshelwood feels the time was right for the trio to go and get some game time.
“Fin and Ollie have been with the squad most games this season, which has been extremely valuable but they’ve been gagging to get on the pitch for more minutes so this arrangement gives them the opportunity to do that at a good level”.
“Brad has scored a lot of goals at youth level but it’s time for him to step up in to senior football and see what he can do”.
Given the nature of dual registrations there is no set time frame on their spells with the other clubs involved and all three will still be available for selection by Hinshelwood should they be required .
We wish all three players the best and will be keeping a close eye on their development away from Woodside Road.
