Ollie Wright

Biography

A West Country native who arrived on loan from Southampton in time to make a victorious debut at Weymouth in February, following the unfortunate injury to club mate Josh Jeffries in the home win over Dover Athletic a week earlier.

Risen through the ranks at St Mary’s, since signing for them as an Under-ten and turned out for the U21’s in the Football League Trophy – proudly wearing the Captain’s armband during an impressive campaign. Already a champion, having been a key component of their Premier League Two Division Two title winning team in 2022-23 as well. Trains regularly with the first team both during the week and on matchdays, even accompanying them on their mid-season training camp.

Has previous experience of National League South too, following a twelve-game loan spell at Bath City that featured four clean sheets between August and October.
