The Rebels have been back in pre-season training over the last fortnight as new boss Chris Agutter prepares for his first season in charge at Woodside Road. Their first pre-season friendly is on Friday as they head to the Amex Elite Performance Centre to take on Brighton & Hove Albion’s U21s which will be played behind closed doors.

Five more away friendlies follow before the Vanarama National League South season gets underway on Saturday August 10th. The season will conclude on Saturday 26 April.

Festive fixtures will be on Saturday 21 December, with Boxing Day fixtures taking place as normal – fixtures will be scheduled on New Year’s Day (Wednesday 1 January) with clubs able to switch to New Year’s Eve (Tuesday 31 December) if both clubs reach an agreement to do so. 

For the first time in recent history, the festive period will not see the same opposition played in quick time. Clubs voted for this to be changed, with the Boxing Day fixture now pairing up with Good Friday, and the the New Year fixture pairing with Easter Monday.
