The club is excited to be hosting another historic occasion at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium today as we play host to a league club in the FA Cup for the first time in our history.
We are pleased to confirm that the whole of the North Stand will be open to home supporters, serviced by food and beverage kiosks in both the North-West and North-East corners of the ground. The fixture will be all-ticket, with no tickets available at the gate.
Segregation
This is a segregated match with Morecambe supporters being accommodated in the North-East terrace with bespoke toilets and food and drink facilities.
Home supporters using the north stand can only enter it via the South and West stand route of the ground. Exit after the match can be made via the shorter North-East turnstiles once stewards confirm that away supporters have safely exited the ground.
Alcohol Consumption Compliance
As we enter the competition proper, the compliance regulations around the consumption of alcohol in the stadium change from our standard match day guidelines.
These regulations require that no alcohol is consumed in sight of the pitch for the duration of the match, which includes half time. To ensure the club can effectively manage this obligation and avoid any risk of contravention, on this occasion, the following tighter guidelines will be applied.
The North-East and North-West kiosks will open at 12.30pm and sell soft drinks and hot food. No alcohol will be served from these kiosks throughout.
The stand bar and the container bar will open at 12.30pm and will sell alcohol all afternoon, except during half time. Supporters will not be able to leave either of these bar areas to enter other areas of the ground with an alcoholic drink at any point throughout the afternoon.
