This partnership will provide supporters with a significant experience upgrade and provide the club with a platform and data foundation that will materially improve our digital capability.

Supporters will benefit from a faster and simpler ticket-buying process with convenient storage features in their Fanbase account or in their Apple or Google wallet, for quick access on match days. The Fanbase platform will also provide real-time content to supporters through its newsfeed and match centre features.

The platform will provide data to enable the club to provide an automated priority ticketing service and materially improve our ability to engage with supporters in a more timely and informed way.

For those supporters unable to buy online, the club is working towards implementing a two-phase process to enter the ground on match days. First via a new ticket office to purchase a ticket and manually register and then to join the queue to the main gate.

Keith Mitchell, the club’s Chief Operating Officer commented: “The Fanbase partnership is the result of extensive research into ticketing platforms that meet our specific operating needs. This included feedback from a number of football clubs including Ebbsfleet, Slough Town and Dulwich Hamlet. We encourage all our supporters to purchase online to save them time and enable us to upgrade our service to them”

Fans looking to access Fanbase can do so through your chosen internet browser at app.fanbaseclub.com and downloaded directly onto your device through the Apple/Android store.
