The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of team preparation including player development, training sessions and matchdays.
Worthing FC are looking for a person who ensures that the team culture and behaviour positively contributes to the professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend, plan, deliver and review training sessions, fixtures and meetings
- Liaise with other core staff to ensure a professional and cohesive environment
- Plan, deliver and review team warmups in accordance with our guidelines
- Provide feedback to team and individuals before, during and after training sessions and fixtures
The individual in question would also be expected to liaise with our Head of Football Operations and Club Media Officers to perform relevant obligations while also being required to communicate with Match Officials and opposition management when necessary.
