As the club continues to grow, demand for tickets has increased in recent seasons.

Last season saw the club sellout three home fixtures; the FA Cup first round tie with Morecambe, the final home game of the National League South regular season with Dorking Wanderers, as well as the play-off Eliminator defeat to Maidstone United.

The club continues to evolve the process in how tickets for high demand fixtures are distributed, always with the aim to give first priority to our most loyal fans.

For fixtures that fall outside the entitlement of season ticket holders, they will always receive first priority.

Last week the club launched its official membership – outside of being a season ticket holder, being a member will be the only way to qualify for subsequent priority windows.

A membership also provides many other benefits, including exclusive discounts at various partners around the town, including Level 1, The Woods, Libertine Social, Thieves Kitchen and more.

Depending on the fixture the club may give a higher priority to the more loyal supporters that are members by virtue of a points system.

Using the club’s online ticketing provider, Fanbase, fans will accumulate 10 points for purchasing a match ticket online, plus an additional 5 points for scanning in at the ground.

Supporters will be able to view their points total via the Fanbase app. Those without an active membership will still accrue points but won’t be considered for priority windows, unless they purchase a membership.

Priority windows for members will be limited to one ticket per membership, therefore it’s important that every supporter that would like to qualify has their own membership, including children.

It’s also important that if you purchase match tickets on behalf of other supporters that they too have a membership and you assign the ticket to their account within Fanbase, so they accumulate the relevant points.
