Here at Worthing FC, we are renowned for developing bright talents and preparing them for moves up the pyramid.  Arthur Gregory, Jasper Pattenden and Zac Jeanes are just a few successful examples of former academy prospects that have secured moves to established EFL clubs while appearing for our youth sides.

Following the success of these players (and many more), we are currently on the lookout for the next potential star to join our pathway.

The insight and detail provided by our coaches has proved to be invaluable in assisting players on their journeys to becoming professional footballers.
