We’re currently recruiting for a Volunteer Women’s Football Administrator / Secretary – a vital role in ensuring our women’s teams run smoothly, meet FA requirements, and are set up for success each week.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Managing team emails and communications
  • Player registrations and data management
  • Liaising with venues, referees and opposition for home matches
  • Submitting post-match reports to the league and FA
  • Maintaining fixtures, results, and website updates
  • Helping plan the end-of-season awards celebration

Person Specification – Essential Personal Characteristics

  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
  • A passion for football and the community game
  • Commitment to our values of inclusivity and teamwork

Previous admin or football experience is helpful, but not essential – we’ll support you to get up to speed.
