Matthew McAloone (MC)
A BBC Comedy Award finalist, Matthew McAloone has built a reputation as one of Northern Ireland’s sharpest comedic storytellers. Known for his confident stage presence and witty writing, he has performed at premier venues including The Comedy Store, The Stand, and The Glee Club. His international credits span South Africa and Europe, and he has hosted major shows such as Theo Von’s O2 Empire performance in London. With residencies across top clubs and a style that blends clever storytelling with playful silliness, McAloone is a rising star whose performances consistently win over audiences.
Joshua Robertson
Joshua Robertson is a stand-up comedian, writer, and actor whose journey is as inspiring as it is entertaining. After a life-changing quad bike accident at age 11 left him in a coma for months, Joshua defied the odds to become a professional comic performing at The Comedy Store, Glee Club, and festivals worldwide. He has supported household names like Tom Stade and Shappi Khorsandi, and his acclaimed short film Dad Joke—commissioned by BFI and Film London—earned him “Best Lead Actor” at the Oxford International Short Film Festival and a coveted spot on the Brit List. Joshua’s debut solo show Enable Me at the Edinburgh Fringe explored his experiences as a disabled father with both honesty and humour, cementing his reputation as a unique voice in UK comedy.
Andy Fox
Born in Kent and now based in Brighton, Andy Fox is a fast-rising talent celebrated for his sharp wit and authentic charm. Drawing on his upbringing in Maidstone, Fox delivers a gag-heavy, fast-paced set that blends clever punchlines with raw storytelling about working-class life. His distinctive style has already earned him recognition, including winning the Komedia New Comedy Award (2024) and finishing runner-up at the Leicester Festival Comedian of the Year (2025). With Chortle praising that he “deserves to be elevated into comedy big time, and soon,” Andy Fox is firmly on the path to national acclaim.
Dan Evans
With over a decade on the comedy circuit, Dan Evans is renowned for his surreal, inventive humour and twisted logic that has delighted audiences across the UK and internationally. A regular at clubs and festivals, Evans has been part of the sell-out Screaming Blue Murder Cabaret and the Avalon Comedy Zone at the Edinburgh Festival. His TV and radio appearances include BBC2’s Brain Candy, Channel 5 Comedy Zone, and Radio 4’s 28 Acts in 28 Minutes. Beyond stand-up, Evans is an accomplished comedy writer, contributing to award-winning shows such as The Very World of Milton Jones and Rory Bremner Who Else?. Praised by The Times as “original and inventive” and by The Scotsman as “skilful and surreal,” Evans is a seasoned performer whose work resonates with audiences everywhere
