1. Over the course of the club’s history, they’ve competed in a range of leagues; Romford, Spartan, Delphian, Athenian, Isthmian, Conference (National) South and Essex Senior.

2. Immediately after WW2, they won the double of Romford League Title and Essex Junior Cup.

3. Hornchurch Drum & Trumpet Corps Boys were the first winners of the National British Marching Band Championships in 1976 – and celebrate their 60th Anniversary this year.

4. During the two World Wars, the local airfield was an important RAF station; known as RAF Suttons Farm during WW1 and RAF Hornchurch throughout WW2.

5. On October 4th, they’re hosting ‘ An Evening with Dave Bassett’ in their clubhouse, starting at 7:00pm.
