A young and ambitious level 3 qualified goalkeeper coach with 6 years of experience working within elite women’s and girls’ football.

Passionate about the development of young goalkeepers and developing pathways into first team football. Radd has worked at Brighton & Hove Albion as a Coaching Assistant and as a Goalkeeping Coach with Lewes FC Women before joining the club in 2019. He has a FA Level 2 certificate in Football as well as WFA Level 3 Goalkeeping certificate. Radd will bring a great work ethic and down to earth approach to the women’s section. He loves all things to do with football and fitness.
