The cup tie comes three days after the Reds maintained a seven point lead at the top of the league table with a comfortable 4-0 win over strugglers Leatherhead on Saturday thanks to goals from Reece Meekums, Danny Barker and a brace from Ollie Pearce.
Meanwhile, hosts Bognor were held at home by fellow West Sussex side Horsham two-all on Saturday, conceding to a last minute penalty having led 2-1.
Road so far
Worthing overcame Southern Combination Division One side Seaford Town by six goals to two back in November in the second round, before brushing aside Lewes 3-0 last month in the third curtesy of a double-strike from Pearce and a goal from Callum Kealy.
Bognor progressed from the second round with a 5-2 win over league-below East Grinstead Town back in November, before a 5-0 victory against Bexhill United of the Southern Combination Premier League last month saw them cruise into the pot for the quarter-final.
Recent meetings
The two sides have already played each other home and away in the league this season.
The back end of August saw the Rocks beat the Reds 2-0 at the Crucial Environmental Stadium, before Worthing avenged their home defeat with a 3-1 win over the Christmas period:
Bognor took the lead in the 19th minute through Jordy Mongoy, before Callum Kealy equalised ten minutes before half time to level the scoring at the break.
Two second half goals from Pearce against his former club then earnt Worthing all three points in their final game of 2021.
