Bev is an experienced local Yoga teacher and will be running weekly Yoga classes every Friday in the Stand Bar. Classes are open to all and we encourage WFC members and supporters to get involved.

The class will run 10:15 – 11:30am each Friday morning.

Everyone is welcome and these classes are suitable for absolute beginners as well as more seasoned Yoga practitioners. All ages and abilities are catered for as Bev is adept to teaching persons with varying levels of yoga practice.

You will need to bring your own Yoga mat. Sports shops and supermarkets readily sell these now.
