The Rebels earned themselves a place in the final by beating Fulham in the semi final last month.
The final will be held on the 30 April at the VBS Community Stadium, home of Sutton United, kick-off at midday.
The Reds have faced Dartford twice already in the league this season, coming out victorious on both occasions, 2-1 away and 2-0 at the Crucial Environmental Stadium last month.
