Charlotte is a highly experienced addition to the side having previously played for several top local sides. Technically and tactically intelligent she is good at marshalling the defence to nullify threats on goal. She is a positive communicator and understands the principles of game management especially when under pressure.

Char started playing football from a very young age. She captained her local team Littlehampton Town for 5 years during which time they gained 2 promotions and won the Sussex women’s Trophy. In 2009 Charlotte moved to Lewes FC Women playing alongside Kelly Newton. Throughout her time at Lewes, she won the Sussex Women’s Challenge Cup, the Ryman Cup and were Champions going unbeaten in what was the South East Combination League. She has also represented Sussex. She joins up again with Kelly Newton having worked alongside her as an Assistant when they managed Lewes Under 18’s in 2018/19.In this season the team won the South East Counties Women’s Chairman’s Cup.
