Tall, strong centre-forward who offers more than simply height and hold-up play. A mobile number nine, ‘Hutch’ made his way through the ranks at Colchester United, wearing the blue-and-white stripes for their U18s and U21s prior to a brief loan period at Tonbridge Angels in 2021-22.

However, it was a productive loan spell at fellow National South club Eastbourne Borough at the commencement of the following campaign that really saw him catch the eye. Fourteen goals in twenty-nine appearances resulted in a recall to the JobServe Community Stadium (Colchester) and thus a further temporary time at Step One Aldershot Town, for the second half of that season.

Returned to Priory Lane (Boro’) in January ‘24, by which time he’d emigrated to Scotland’s Queen of the South until answering the call from Woodside Road. Struck gold with the only goal in our annual pre-season friendly at Bognor.
