A Brighton Academy graduate who joined the Seagulls as a ten- year-old from Crawley United. Jack featured twice for the Premier League side, with both appearances coming in EFL Cup ties. The first being a 2019 Amex run-out as a substitute against Aston Villa, followed by a second appearance at Forest Green Rovers three years later.
Jack signed on loan for Crawley Town at the beginning of 2023 and climbed off the bench at Leyton Orient to sample professional league football for the very first time in February. Experienced a real baptism of fire when making his maiden appearance for the Club in March’s epic victory at play-off rivals Chelmsford City; lining up alongside regular former Albion U23 teammate Danny Cashman to boot.
Bagged a match-winning double at St Albans City the following month to etch his name in the Club’s goalscoring annals.
‘Spongy’ was a consistent force in Chris Agutter’s squad last term, featuring in all 46 National League South games.
He commenced last term in fashion, netting four goals in our opening three matches. Two pin-point free-kicks in our thrilling 4-3 comeback win away to Weston-super-Mare on the opening day preceded goals in the away draws at St. Albans City and Hemel Hempstead.
Our midfield maestro finished the 2024/25 season strongly, with a goal against Dorking Wanderers and a penalty in the 5-1 drubbing of Enfield Town on the final day of the regular campaign.
