Tutt made a bright start the game and looked sharp but was forced off twenty one minutes in after landing awkwardly on his left foot following a clearance. Tutt instantly fell to floor clearly in pain and staggered of the pitch where he received medical help for the remainder of the fixture. It was later revealed that he fractured his foot.
This means he will miss the start of the season and has a long recovery ahead of him. Tutt was in good form and looked to make a real impression on manager Adam Hinshelwood during pre-season.
It is too early to put a date on his return however the club will issue further statements regarding his recovery when more news comes to light.
Everybody at the club wishes Cameron a speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing him back on the pitch in the near future.
