On one side is the Charles Mortimore Stand (Main) Stand. The stand comprises covered seating (to the rear), some of which have been elevated above pitch level. There are a few supporting pillars along the front of the older side of the stand, whilst the newer side is obstruction-free. The front portion of the stand contains uncovered seating and has the team dugouts integrated into it. The total length of the stand is around half the length of the pitch and hence that are small terraced areas to either side.

Opposite is a small covered stand, that runs for around 2/3rds the length of the pitch and again there are a number of supporting pillars running along the front of it. Originally this was a covered terrace but was subsequently made all seated.

At one end is the latest addition to the stadium, the Prospect Road End. Opened in 2011, this covered all seated stand has a capacity of 1,300. Comprising of 13 rows, it is quite a smart-looking stand, with its high back wall and roof. There is not a supporting pillar in sight, meaning that spectators can enjoy a great view of the playing area. It also incorporates facilities for disabled supporters.

At the other end of the ground is the Moor Road End, which is a terrace, with cover at the rear and an open terrace to its front. Around 1,000 fans can be accommodated in this area. One side is completely open, whilst the Prospect Road End is partly covered (behind the goal). On one side of the roof is a fair-sized electric scoreboard. The ground has eight floodlight pylons, four of which run down each side.

Travel

By Road: Leave the M3 at Junction 4 and take the A331 towards Farnborough. At the bottom of the slip road, you will reach a roundabout where you take the exit towards Farnborough. Continue along this road for a short distance, ignoring the first turn-off, but then take the next turn-off towards Farnborough (A325). At the top of the slip road, you will reach a roundabout where you take the right-hand exit towards Farnborough. Then straight across the next roundabout continuing towards Farnborough/Frimley.

At the next roundabout take the left-hand filter lane continuing on the A325 (from this point Farnborough FC is signposted). You will pass a Shell Garage on your left and at the next set of traffic lights turn right into Prospect Avenue then at the bottom of the Avenue take the 3rd exit at the roundabout into Cherrywood Road. Go straight across at the next roundabout and the entrance to the ground is a little further down on the right.

By Rail: Frimley Railway Station is the nearest to the ground, being around a 15-minute walk away. However, this station is on a local line and if you are coming from London Waterloo then you will end up instead at Farnborough Main station, which is around one and a half miles away from the ground (around a 25-minute walk away). It is probably best to jump in a taxi. If you do decide to walk then as you come out of the station turn right along Union Street. At the end of Union Street turn right into Prospect Road. This road leads into Cherrywood Road for the ground.

Ground Facilities & Away Pubs

There is a large bar just outside the ground that is popular with both home and away supporters and is aptly named the Cherrywood Bar. There is also a cafe on site too. Otherwise, there doesn’t appear to be any pubs located close to the ground.
